Through Dr.Online, you can consult with a General Practitioner (GP) registered with the Medical Council via a secure digital platform. During this consultation, the clinician conducts a formal assessment of your health to determine if your clinical symptoms necessitate a period of absence from work.
If the attending physician concludes that you are unfit for work, a formal medical certificate will be issued via secure email. This document serves as official verification for your employer.
Sick leave enables employees to focus on recovery before returning to the workplace. A doctor-issued certificate provides clinical confirmation of an illness and specifies the recommended duration for recuperation, establishing the formal basis for the absence.

If a full medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment protocol are required, a supplementary fee of €10 applies. This inclusive fee covers both the extensive clinical consultation and the issuance of any necessary medical certification.
