Consult an online doctor

Book a consultation with an online doctor and have access to:

  • A GP consultation by phone call or online video visit. During the appointment, the online doctor conducts a thorough medical review by asking questions that may cover symptoms, general condition or feeling of the patient, any health concerns, and the results of previous medical tests.
  • Electronic treatment to pharmacy. After running some checks, if necessary, the online doctor will then recommend more tests, which may include imaging scans such as MRI, PET, or CT scan, propose a treatment or prepare a referral to a medical specialist.
  • Medical notes (sick leave, professional, others) – ( this is a complementary service that has a price of 10 €).

Bare in mind that our online doctors do not routinely propose the use of controlled substances.
