Common questions
DrOnline plans have an annual duration. In case you don't want to renew your plan, just don't make the payment at the moment of renewal.
Depending on the patient's health insurance or subsystem, costs for DrOnline consultations may be reimbursable.
Clinicians registered with DrOnline are appropriately certified by the Irish Medical Council.
There is no age limit for using DrOnline Health Plans.
You can use your healthcare plan as often as you need it, from the moment you join.
