How does it work?
You will fill out a treatment request form with your personal details, specify your request, and select a pharmacy. Be mindful of the service availability dates shown in the form. Once assessed, the specialist will send the treatment to your chosen pharmacy. If denied or if a consultation is needed, you can request a full refund.
Who is it aimed at?
If you require ongoing treatment or follow-up care as part of your existing plan with a Dr.Online psychiatrist, this service is designed for patients already under the care of Dr.Online Mental Health. If you haven’t yet had your initial mental health consultation, please book one here based on your needs.
Please note that this service does not replace the need for follow-up consultations. Recommendations are provided at the end of each session, and adherence to these recommendations is essential. Treatment services cannot be offered if the advised recommendations are not followed.
