Have your videconsultation from your computer, tablet or smartphone.

Diagnosis and treatment provided by a Psychologist specialized in mental health. Referral to psychiatry or counseling specialist if required.

The initial online mental health consultation helps to identify the mental health needs of the patient. Based on the results, the professional may recommend subsequent steps:

1. Recommendation for General Practice: If potential medical conditions related to mental symptoms are identified, a consultation with a general practice doctor may be recommended.
2. Recommendation for Psychology/Psychiatry: For emotional, behavioral, or cognitive issues, the referral may be to a psychologist.
3. Integrated Treatment Plan: In complex cases, an integrated treatment involving medical and psychological care may be suggested.

The online consultation allows for confidential discussion of mental health concerns and provides professional direction for appropriate treatment, whether through general practice, psychology, or a combined approach.

And if i need a medical certificate?

Employers may require a medical certificate from your GP during sick leave. Regarding your condition the doctor may or may not provide you with a medical certificate (eletronic sick leave).

Our electronic sick leave is not accepted by the Department of Social Protection .
