There’s no cost to sign up. DrOnline charges a flat fee per consultation. In order to use our video visit telehealth app you must upgrade to our paid plan.
Once a medical appointment is concluded you can withdraw your money by Paypal, direct deposit or other available methods.

No, the video call is done on your web browser, form your laptop, tablet or smartphone.
We charge you a commission of 30%. The minimum booking price is 35€. You may withdraw your money whenever you want, by Paypal or by bank transfer.

Yes you can. After setting your clinic location patients will be able to select you on the map, within their desired location.
Yes, if you select the option “Home visits” in your dashboard, patients will be able to book home visits with you.
