DrOnline is, at its core, an open, diverse community that brings together people from various cultures, values and norms.

The DrOnline community is committed to creating a world where people from all backgrounds feel welcome and respected. This commitment is based on two core principles that apply to DrOnline Patients and Providers: inclusion and respect. Our shared commitment to these principles allows all members of our community to feel welcome on the DrOnline platform, regardless of who they are, where they come from, their beliefs or who they love.

While we do not believe that a company can determine harmony between people, we do believe that the DrOnline community can promote empathy and understanding between all cultures. We are committed to doing all we can to help eliminate all forms of prejudice, discrimination and intolerance from our platform. We want to foster a culture within the DrOnline community – Providers, Patients and people who are considering using our platform – that goes beyond mere compliance. Therefore, all of us, DrOnline employees, Patients and Providers, agree to read and act in accordance with the following policy with the goal of strengthening our community and realizing our mission of ensuring that everyone has the right to belong and feel welcome everywhere.

  • Inclusion – We welcome people from all backgrounds with authentic hospitality and open-mindedness. Joining DrOnline, as a Patient or Provider, means being part of a community of inclusion. Bias, prejudice, racism and hate have no place on our platform or in our community. While Providers are required to follow all applicable laws prohibiting discrimination based on factors such as race, religion, national origin and others described below, we are committed to doing more than meeting the minimum requirements set by law.
  • Respect – We are respectful of each other in our interactions and encounters. DrOnline recognizes that local laws and cultural norms vary around the world, and expects Providers and Patients to respect local laws and relate to each other in a respectful manner, even when perspectives may not reflect their beliefs or education received. DrOnline members bring to our community an incredible diversity of experiences, beliefs and customs. By bringing together people from different backgrounds, DrOnline promotes a greater understanding and appreciation for the common characteristics shared by all human beings and repudiates prejudice rooted in misconceptions, lack of information or misunderstandings.
