The Dr. Online Treatment Refill service is a dedicated clinical pathway designed for patients who require ongoing medical oversight for established health needs. This service ensures that your care remains consistent, safe, and aligned with your current health status through a formal review with a qualified General Practitioner.
This consultation is for those who require:
- Repeat treatments for chronic diseases or long-term clinical situations
- Referral for the seasonal flu vaccine
Note: The doctor may recommend a full video consultation or a referral to a specialist if they believe a more in-depth evaluation is necessary to ensure the most appropriate treatment.
Clinical Restrictions
Please note that our GPs do not issue treatments involving controlled substances, including — but not limited to — opioids, benzodiazepines, hypnotics, and pharmacological therapies for ADHD.

Yes. Our online Sick Leave consultations provide a comprehensive evaluation of your condition, and our doctors can issue a sick note where clinically appropriate.
